CLKTV BOOKINGS & SCREAMING SYMPHONY ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE VANISHING POINT, BLACK MAJESTY & TERAMAZE ONE NIGHT ONLY!

Australian melodic metal outfit Vanishing Point made a long awaited return to the stage with a covid-shortened national tour in support of their 6th album Dead Elysium. The band are thrilled to announce a new live show featuring Black Majesty and Teramaze. Melbourne Power Metallers Black Majesty will hit the stage for the first time in 2022 and will be releasing studio album number 8 later this year which will follow with another tour of Australia and Europe in support of the new album . Since headlining Europe’s prestigious ‘Prog Power’ festival back in late 2019, Teramaze is extremely excited to finally be able to unleash a whole new body of work, in a live setting, as well as showcasing the new 4-piece lineup with Dean Wells now as lead vocalist. The three bands will play live on Saturday 24th of September at the Northcote Social Club in Melbourne in what will become a yearly event. The progressive and power metal heavyweights have earned themselves a reputation as some of Australia’s must-see metal bands. Special guest DJ for the evening will be Gary Carson from Screaming Symphony, spinning songs long after the bands finish.

Hey everyone, we just wanted to give you all a quick update.

Firstly, thank you goes out there to everyone who came and saw us play live in Brisbane for the first time in 6 years, we sincerely appreciate you all making the effort to come out and see us play as well as the awesome support bands being The Stranger and Seraphic.

Secondly and most importantly, it is with regret and sadness to inform you all that the dates penciled for this coming weekend for Canberra and Sydney are cancelled.

If anyone feels a little average from the Brisbane show please get tested.

As of this morning 3 of the members of Vanishing Point have tested positive to COVID-19.

When we undertook this tour after 3 failed attempts because of the pandemic we understood that we were taking a risk yet we persevered as we really wanted to get back out there with a bang and see you all, in a sense we had a chance to see many of you guys and you all had a chance to see us play live after all this time, we thank you all for your support.

What happens from now on ? Simply we will be focusing on recording the new album PLUS we will be also focusing on playing live more when the time comes, no more long breaks.

We have to make a special mention also to Bailey and the team at Destroy All Lines for their efforts in booking this tour, our crew, our merch sellers , the support bands and most importantly our friends and fans who made the first four shows such a wonderful experience.

Chris had a few words to say about the upcoming tour:

We released Dead Elysium last year not knowing that we would be delayed “ a little bit “ in regards to supporting the album, by the time we start this tour in November it will be just over a year since the album was released. It’s a little bit strange but as they say “better late than never.” We will be playing live for the first time songs from the Dead Elysium album as well as various songs from our previous albums, so it’s gonna be cool to have the new guys on the road with us after all this time. We look forward to seeing all our fans and hitting the road finally!!
